

dLux media arts is one of Australia’s key screen and media arts organisations. The organisation approached Infoding to create an online searchable archive as part of their 25th anniversary celebrations.
With an ever-growing collection of artists, works, programs, articles and publications forming dLux’s history, bringing all these parts together in one place was a great way to showcase dLux’s extensive contribution to screen and new media arts. Two for one! As Pneumix and Unicorn are owned by the same company, the development of the two sites was streamlined - both sites are based on the same design and have the same functionality.

Design company Biep en Lú developed an original Flash-based CMS, for which they required an easy-to-use file manager.
Infoding developed an integrated PHP-based file manager allowing users to upload files to a web server, delete, rename and preview the files and organize the files in folders. These files could then be displayed through the Flash-based CMS.
Property developer McDonald Industries’ website takes prospective buyers virtually into apartments through the integration of Flash movies and other visual displays.
Infoding customised the content management, focusing on ease of administration so that the site could be managed by non-technical staff at McDonald Industries. A manual documenting the content updating process was produced to ensure adoption of the system was straightforward.

A commissioned art project by Infoding’s Adriaan Stellingwerff, Eternal Sunset creates the experience of a continuous sunset through the use of live images from existing online webcams around the world.
Due to the high traffic on the site, Infoding built processes to continually download images from the webcams to store in a database on the Eternal Sunset server to reduce impact on the individual webcam sites.
